Software Your Own Team Runs.
Timesheet, rostering and time clock software feed the pay run, operated by the client's own team, not Tempus. Where something you rely on isn't connected yet, we build that integration ourselves.
Three Sectors, Worked Through Properly.
Disability and care, trades and construction, and professional teams and firms — each documented separately with its own worked examples and client stories.
Two Things, Priced Separately.
Software is $10 per user per month and specialist time is $200 per hour — those are the two core charges. Optional rostering adds $5 per user per month, and all figures are plus GST.
Onboarding and Hardware, on the Same Terms.
Onboarding is $1,000 per five-hour block, with the first block free on a twelve-month term. Managed time clocks are $79 per device per month, or $129 with 4G, for sites that cannot rely on Wi-Fi alone.
What It Costs in Practice.
A business with up to five staff starts from $149 a month plus GST. A twenty-person business without rostering is typically only $200 a month, plus whatever specialist time that pay run actually takes.
One Jurisdiction, One Known Changeover Date.
New Zealand only. Holidays Act 2003 until 6 August 2028, when the Employment Leave Act 2026 replaces it and leave starts accruing in hours from day one rather than in weeks.
One Team, and a Check on Every Pay Run.
The same New Zealand-based team looks after your account every pay run, so nothing needs re-explaining. Before it reaches you, each pay run also passes a standard check of nearly 100 points.
